5x7 Altered discontinued counter Sample

I just love this vintage look. And this is one of my favorite sentiments: Success is not final, Failure is not fatal, It is the Courage to continue that counts, by Winston Churchill.
This sentiment is what has kept me going this year! There are a lot of dimensions on this 5x7 altered Formica Sample, some are illusional and others are real.
The beads are red white and blue and threaded on a wire and attached to the top of the sentiment.
The ribbon and star are part of the scrapbook paper.
The photographs are also part of the paper, but the charm is real and really is on a little tiny beaded chain.
The card and button on the lower left are actually part of the paper, but I blocked off the 'card' and sponged SU Chocolate Chip around it and it really popped it out.
The postage circle is a sticker stuck on card stock and layered.
