4x5 Formica Altered Discontinued Sample

This little piece of scrapbook paper was attached to the back of a 4x5 discontinued Formica sample using a glue stick for all over coverage. I embossed the swirlly 'Cherish' in gold then added some crystals, double wrapped the ribbon and added a charm and beads dropped from the bow using wire.
